FS Extra is a high performing food grade grease. Made with water resisting base oils and adhesion improvers for increased corrosion and wash off protection. Clear in colour FS Extra will not taint product or packaging. Synthetic base oils give exceptional temperature range and stability, combined with PTFE and a complex mix of antioxidant and EP packages, making FS Extra a versatile tool for use in many applications for many industries.

This product can cut down on the number of items held in stock and the possibility of using the wrong product for the wrong application. Its aluminium complex thickener and synthetic base oils combined with ultra EP additives keep your factory running even under the highest stresses from bearings through to gears. Water resistant in nature, it can resist wash off and damp or humid environments.
A food approved, pure silicone grease used for the lubrication, protection and sealing of all metal, plastic and rubber components. High compatibility with rubber and plastic will not result in swelling or deformation of parts over time and as a result, can protect parts from drying and cracking with age.
Silicone grease has a wide operating temperature range making it suitable for use in extremes of high and low temperature from -40°C to 200°C. This makes it suitable for use in a wide range of areas from the high temperatures of bakeries to the lows of frozen food manufacture and other chilled products.
Silicone oils come with a very low level of toxicity, subsequently, silicone grease made of these oils are also low-risk products meaning they are suitable for use in and around food production sites and are also suitable for use in potable water systems where contact with drinking water may occur. FS Glacier is a fully synthetic, water resistant, non-melting lubricant meeting FDA requirements for food safe lubricants.

FS Chain Coat is a semi-synthetic water clear, odourless, tasteless and food safe lubricant. It has been specifically designed to penetrate into difficult areas, displace water and lubricate. Furthermore it contains additives that will resist wash off and over time will create a highly adhesive coating, protecting metal surfaces from corrosion.
FS Dura-Tech is a product, which uses the latest grease technology and technical developments to deliver high performance under the most extreme conditions of load and temperature.
Dura-Tech is a perfluoroether, the highest quality available of all PFPE greases. H1 registered for use in food, pharmaceutical and clean environments.

FS Multi Lube is synthetic, food safe oil containing PTFE. Its unique formula brings together a blend of EP, anti wear and corrosion inhibitors along with heavy duty base fluids to provide maximum protection for machinery.

FS Belt-Tech is designed to give more productive life from leather, rubber and synthetic belts, whether flat or round. Improves grip and allows the belt to transmit full power without slipping even in wet and damp environments. NSF H1 Registered.

FS Chain Tech is a high viscosity chain oil which provides excellent adhesion to chains and surfaces coated.
Its tenacious nature reduces fling off and dripping preventing over the use of the product or potential hazards. It is based on our excellent FS Lube Flow with PTFE formula but in aerosol form. It leaves the aerosol as a thin fluid which allows penetration deep into links and pins of chains where the lubricant is needed before thickening to a water resistant coating for protection in environments exposed to moisture or humidity such as in dairies and food production plants.
Release Agent
Designed as an alternative to popular maintenance sprays and 3 in 1 oil but with the added benefit of H1 food safe approval.
FS ease acts a solvent penetrating oil for easy dismantling of seized and corroded parts or simply to make the task easier. Due to the inclusion of synthetic oils, the product can resist water and corrosion helping to drive out moisture and leave parts protected from the external environment. As a solvent based product, FS Ease can also clean heavy grease deposits allowing build up to be wiped away easily leaving the clean protective coating in its place. Available in aerosol form to work deep into components or hard to reach areas with pressurised force to eject contaminants from the deepest crevices.
FS Elec-Tech is a highly refined solvent cleaner and lubricant for use on electrical and electronic components. It is used to remove dirt and grease from the surface of metals, plastics and painted surfaces, including chlorinated rubber finishes and will leave a thin protective coating of water resistant non conductive lubricant. It does not contain any chlorinates has a low odour and is clean in use.
FS Extra is produced from premium synthetic base oils which give this grease excellent performance at extremes of high and low temperatures where mineral based products can’t survive.
PTFE is included to increase lubricity and provide an extra level of protection to surfaces.This combined with a complex mix of EP and Antioxidants maker this a versatile lubricant for many applications and areas of industry. Added adhesion improvers ensure that it resists water wash off and combined with the hydrophobic base oils and thickeners it is able to withstand areas of high humidity and water presence such as in dairies and other food production sites with hygiene teams frequently cleaning.
Its clean nature and translucent colour make it exceptionally good at areas where grease may be visible or customer contact may occur.

FS Sill Tech Oil is a food safe high viscosity silicone oil for use in many applications.

FS-Degreaser is an all-purpose cleaner designed for food production areas.
