Techno-Carb Super 2G is a fortified synthetic lubricant for chains and conveyors operating at temperatures up to 280°C, which gives excellent load carrying properties and resistance to corrosive atmospheres. Techno Carb Super 2G is very adhesive to metal surfaces even in the presence of large amounts of water and is non-corrosive on steel, copper, bronze, etc

Techno Carb Super 2 is a fortified synthetic chain oil for use on chains and conveyors operating at temperatures up to 280°C. The use of this oil gives excellent load carrying properties and resistance to corrosive atmospheres on all parts coated. Its impressively low evaporation rates reduce consumption and increase lubrication intervals reducing usage and labour times. Its low viscosity in comparison to other products can also benefit in reduce energy consumption, especially on larger chains.
Techno Carb Super 2 is very adhesive to metal surfaces even in the presence of large amounts of water and is non-corrosive on steel, copper, bronze, etc resulting in less dripping or fling off and wasted product.

Sugar dissolving fluid is designed to help in the maintenance schedule of factories involved in the manufacture of goods including sugar. The fluid is designed to remove baked on and sugary deposits to help keep bearings and sliding surfaces running freely.
Siren M Grease is synthetic long life complex grease containing extreme pressure additives designed to with stand high load, plus PTFE and MoS2 to reduce friction and internally generated temperatures. Siren M can be used as a general purpose lubricant on all types of bearings both plain and anti-friction. However it has a very wide temperature operating range and high load ability so can be used in far more demanding applications.

Manufactured from a synthetic polydimethylsiloxane oil, Sill Tech can be supplied in viscosity ranges from 0.65cSt to 60000cSt.
It is compatible with most standard silicone oil applications.
It is suitable for use in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and clean environments as it is NSF H1 Registered.
Silicone Oil can be used on a variety of materials to prevent squeaks and seizing. Suitable for use a mould release agent to aid in the release of components and to give a smooth finish. Its water-repellent properties can be used to protect surfaces or electrical components and it can also be used safely on a variety of plastics to give a glossy sheen especially on car bumpers, wing mirrors and rubbing strips.
Its light nature means it can be used to lubricate small mechanisms, locks, cables, hinges & various other parts to prevent seizure and squeaks.
Salt Resistant Grease is premium semi-synthetic waterproof grease designed specifically for slow to medium speed plain and anti-friction bearing applications in marine and other hostile environments. Whilst it has found many uses for off-road vehicles, due to its exceptionally high base fluid viscosity, it is not recommended for normal highway use in automotive wheel and trailer hub bearings.
Roto Tech has been designed specifically with the bottom bearings on rotary ovens in mind, produced with a synthetic base oil, it can survive where other oils and greases would fail. This highly adhesive product can withstand high temperatures and slow speeds along with the loads imparted on it, this is due to the inclusion of graphite and molybdenum disulphide solid lubricants.
Non-carbonising semi-fluid grease designed for operation at high temperatures particularly where access may be difficult.
Suited for economical application to rotary oven bearings in bakeries or any other bearings on chains operating at slow speeds or under heavy
loads.
When used below food level the lack of H1 registration would not cause an issue. However, if you would like a registered product we could offer FS Techno Carb Super 2 as an H1 food safe oil alternative.
